Are you looking for some planning printables to help you create a planner that fits your needs? Or maybe you're just looking for a few to add to your existing planner? Either way, you're in the right place!

Personal planners are a great way to keep yourself and your family organized. Whether you're super busy, or just looking for something to keep track of special dates and appointments, there is a planner out there for you.

Things 2 8 8 1 – elegant personal task management software

Below is a collection of my personal planning printables. My hope is that you can find a few that will help you put together the planner that will work best for you!

Considered the 'father of needs assessment', Roger Kaufman first developed a model for determining needs defined as a gap in results. This particular emphasis in results focuses on the outcomes (or ends) that result from an organization's products, processes, or inputs (the means to the ends). Things is the award-winning personal task manager that helps you achieve your goals. This all-new version has been rethought from the ground up: it's got an all-new design, delightful new interactions, and powerful new features. John begins planning his move to Atlanta the same day he accepts the job. The start date in this example is Monday, November 29, 2010. Tasks 1.1 and 2.1 can both start on that day, so the early start dates for tasks 1.1 and 2.1 are November 29. John calculates the early start date for the activities. A partial list is provided below.

Creating your own personal planner offers your versatility and freedom to change things to fit your needs.

The beautiful part about creating your own planner is that you can print out a few sheets and take them for a test drive and move on to something else if they don't work for you as well as you hoped.

Foundational Planner Printables

Finding the system that will work for you takes some trial and error, but once you find the right one it will be an invaluable tool that will help you in so many areas of your life.

There a ton of printables here for you to choose from to help you set up your own planner.

I like to start with what I call the foundational pages. These are the core of your planning system. Often they include a dated monthly calendar paired with either a weekly or daily planner or both.

Over the years I've made many different versions of these pages. Enough that they all warranted their own library page. You can check them out below.

And just past those you'll find a variety of other planning printables that will be useful additions to your planner.

Dated Calendars

Every spring I release two new dated calendars. One for the academic year and one for the upcoming calendar year. You can always find those plus the one for the current calendar year on the dated calendars page.

All the dated calendars come in both full and half-size, with your choice of a Sunday or Monday start day. In addition, you can choose from a single page per month or a two-pages per month layout.

Daily and Weekly Planning

Over the years I've made many printables, most of them are planner printables of one kind or another. Too many to fit on one page.

To make it easier to browse the printables I have pages dedicated just to daily and weekly pages.

Weekly and daily pages are important parts of creating a planner that works for you, but there are other planning tools that might come in handy too.

Keep scrolling to check out the rest of the planner printables.

Planner Printables

While foundation pages help structure your planning pages, you can fine tune your planning system with other planning printables. These help you tailor your planner to best meet your planning needs.

Blank Calendars

Sometimes having a few undated calendars on hand can be really helpful. You can use them for so many different things. Some of the ways to use them include:

  • meal planning
  • project planning
  • holiday planning
  • planning seasonal cleaning
  • extra monthly planning pages
  • memory keeping

There are many ways that an undated calendar can come in handy. And here at Scattered Squirrel you have a few different designs to choose from. Just click on the links below to check out the ones that interest you.

Full-Size Blank Calendars

The full-size blank calendars come in three different layouts and a variety of different designs. Offline pages pro 1 3. I've organized the links by layout/spread to help make it easier for you to find the ones you're looking for.
